Selfless Ambition Academy

PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR THE BUSY, THE BURDENED, THE CALLED.

Twelve courses. Built once by Henry Sanders. Refined every season. Yours on-demand.

The method

FOUR STAGES OF SELFLESS LEADERSHIP.

01

Audit

Begin with an honest read. The Sanders Assessment locates where conviction, capacity, and calling are meeting friction in the season you are actually leading through.

02

Anchor

Lock the conviction that holds under pressure. The course library teaches the practices that survive expansion, hard quarters, and the seasons no one warned you about.

03

Apply

Practice in the season you are actually in — not the one you wish you were in. Cohort calls and the Collective turn solo reading into real-time correction from people who know you.

04

Anoint

Hand it forward. Inner Circle practitioners mentor the next year's Stewards, and the formation that took you ten years to find takes them a season.

The library

TWELVE COURSES, ONE FRAMEWORK.

More cohort and on-demand seats land each quarter. Practitioners and Inner Circle members get first access.

FAQ

WHAT PRACTITIONERS ASK.

How long does it take to finish a course?

Most courses run three to five hours, broken into 8–12 lessons. You can finish in a weekend; most members take a month and let it sit between lessons.

Do I get a certificate?

Practitioners and above receive named certificates recognized in the Selfless Ambition network. We do not chase external accreditation — the credential is the work, not the seal.

Can my church or organization use this?

Yes — see the Inner Circle tier for cohort licensing. We license whole staffs and small ministries, with a co-facilitated kickoff from Henry.

Is this only for Christians?

No. We are faith-rooted but not church-centric — the work is for anyone who wants to lead from a deeper center than ambition. The faith chapter is unembarrassed; the practice is for everyone.

What if I am not a leader yet?

The Foundational courses are built for first-time managers, young professionals, and anyone whose responsibilities just outgrew them. Built Different is the right starting point.

Is there a refund policy?

All paid tiers include a 14-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions, no shame. We would rather you leave with the money than stay with the wrong fit.

BEGIN WITH AN HONEST READ.

Take the Sanders Assessment first. The Academy makes more sense once you know what is carrying the most weight.
